Accountability

Harvest Church is a church that subscribes to a high level of accountability. It is submitted to the Assemblies of God at local District, State and National level's. Harvest Church is a not-for-profit organisation.

We are governed by a Board of Advisors who are responsible for the management of all the affairs of the church. The churches financial records are audited externally on an annual basis. Stringent internal procedures are adhered to.

Two cheque signatories are required for all payments. All payments must be authorised by the financial leadership. All receipts are authorised and checked by a member of the Board of Advisors before they are dispatched to the external accountants for auditing.

All moneys received must be counted and signed for by a least 2 people. All significant purchases are tendered for competitive pricing and are approved before purchase by the Board of Advisors.

The financial areas of Harvest Church are treated with the utmost diligence and careful planning and stewardship by all concerned.
